  ​POOR COMMUNICATOR. They might be good mechanics, but ​extremely very poor communicator. Facts - My car broke down, it was thought that this would be a warranty job, so the car was towed to Telarah Service centre where it stayed for 2 and 1/2 days with nothing done to it. At no time did they ever call me to tell me what was happening but rather I had to call them all the time only to be spoken to rudely. There is no way I would ever refer them business, send my wife or any lady for that matter to be subjected to such rude behaviour. Robert was informed that it was important for the car to be looked at to see the extent of the work but did nothing for 2 1/2 days. So I made the decision to have my car towed back to Sydney ($670), but I was happy for the car to go to someone that values clients and lets them know when work will be done. I found the mechanic Robert rude, pig-headed, unorganised and extremely unprofessional.

  It took 3 days to do repairs i was told would take 5 hours, car came out with 2 huge scratches on the front bumper AND a very loud rattle from the work they had done.. when i brought this to the owners attention i was spoken to abusively and farely aggressively and he flat out denied it being scratched without even looking and had little interest in fixing the rattle that was so loud it was unsafe to drive the car.... ABSOLUTE JOKE, dont waste your time or money.

  Never been shouted at and met with aggression so quickly in my life. I was overcharged for the work done and also charged for other labour and parts that wasn't included in the quote I never received. Would not recommend to anyone.

  Poor to no communication. Changed other components on the vehicle without telling us, found it over priced and when inquiring about the bill we were met with ANGER and AGGRESSION. Would not recommend to anyone.
